ANNUAL RIDE GUIDELINES

Sorry but the ride is fully booked for 2007. You can get on the waiting list for this year's ride by filling out and mailing the registration form with your deposit. The deposit will be returned to you if you're unable to go on the ride.

Make sure you READ and UNDERSTAND these guidelines before you download the registration form!

To print these guidelines, go to "File, Print" on your web browser menu (at the top of the screen).

1.  Release of Indemnity and medical forms must be filled out and signed by all participants.
2.  All participants must be over 12 years of age.
3.  All participants from 12 to 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must have a Release of Indemnity signed by their parent or legal guardian.
4.  One equine per guest allowed.
5.  The Society does not provide rental horses.
6.  No stallions or foals are allowed.
7.  Equines must be four (4) years of age or older.
8.  Equines must be appropriately shod all around prior to the ride. The individual must pay for any farrier service required during the ride. Alternative hoof protection will be accepted upon club approval.
9.  Equines must be able to be tied or high lined overnight.
10. Each person is responsible for his or her own gear and equine care.
11. No firearms, generators, pets, unauthorized vehicles or unauthorized guests.
12. No private campfires.
13. Equine drawn vehicles may be accepted if the terrain is suitable. Please check.
14. Guests may leave the ride at any time, but no refunds will be paid for leaving early.
15. Ride payment:  a) Non-refundable deposit of $100.00 due with each application.
                              b) Balance of payment due by July 1st.
                              c) Pay in full by June 1st and receive a $50.00 rebate.
16. Cancellation     a) Prior to July 1st - full refund, less deposit of $100.00.
                              b) After July 1st - full credit towards next year's ride only; less deposit of $100.00.
17. A wrangler must accompany anyone riding out of the camp area, due to insurance policies.
18. For riding safety appropriate tack must be used at all times.
19. For rider safety, appropriate riding boots must be worn and a helmet is suggested.
20. Coggins Test may be required depending on location of the ride.
21. The Trail Boss will have the final word if there is any disagreement.
